The check-in is early at 3 pm, and the service is friendly, the room has an okay size with a nice view, making the experience relaxing, the breakfast is plentiful.

Had comfortable experience.

We found out reasonable prices in the hotel. Some of the staff members where efficient. There was a nice pool on site too. The location was stunning close to all the shopping centers. The poolside bar was great with some fab food.

The breakfast was amazing, had lots of options.

This venue offers private on-site parking, well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds, and a safe for added security, all in a prime location right next to the Financial District.

My room was clean, quiet and met my expectations

The first room that was provided to me was not made up and I had to return to the lobby to get another room. If it wasn't for the 15+ minute wait, each way, for the elevators this wouldn't have been a problem. Instead it became quite a hassle. A room upgrade or some other gesture would have been appropriate, but wasn't offered. Instead the front desk staff simply pointed at their computer screens and said "the system says that the room is made up". Free advice...Take ownership of the problem, offer a sincere apology and then make it right by doing something extra. The check in experience is one of the most important factors which drives repeat business at hotels. My next stay will be somewhere else.

The location was amazing, only 5 minutes walk to Suite.

The restaurant was excellent for lunch with casual dishes. The location of the hotel was marvelous, within walking distance of an urban plaza.- The service was outstanding.- The pool was amazing.- Reasonable prices for a really amazing stay.

Although the room was comfortable and clean, there was a constant noise of running water that went on for the entire night. Unforfortunately, I can't honnestly say that my stay at Hilton Toronto was my best hotel experience ever.

The room had nice decor and a decent size bathroom to relax. The breakfast was rich with B&B offers.- The location was unbeatable, around a 10-15 minute walk from a long-standing multilevel urban mall.

Our plans had changed two days before arrival and we had to bring the teenagers with us. The front desk was very accomodating in changing our room to fit our needs! Also, the staff was very knowledgable in their surroundings directing us to where we needed to go. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in baggage after check out so that we could enjoy the city life longer.

I appreciated that breakfast was included with our stay, however, the restaurant service was terrible. We waited half an hour for our tea and their was very little food left to choose from at 10:30am. Disappointing.
